Our names are Charlotte and Kimberley, and we are the proud parents of Clementine.
Clementine is a baby arts project which was born as a blog but hopes to spill over into the print-world. We want her to be a multi-media, cross-genre and interactive piece where young and emerging creative-types can experiment, display and develop their work.
We want to start a conversation.
The pages of Clementine hope to boast your photography, art-work, creative non-fiction and eavesdropping quotes. We're based in WA, with one eye (so two eyes, between us) to the rest of Australia and the globe. We're looking forward to hearing from international and local writers, photographers and artists alike. So, if you know of things, have heard whispers or are indeed whispering yourself, drop us a line!

Please curb your enthusiasm to no more than 500 words - the pieces should be “light, bright and sparkling”; try and respond to your environment in a culturally informed way; be innovative; we like references – high brow, low brow or no brow! Put simply, surprise us.

To the photographers and visuals artists:
We seek all things nostalgic and somewhat historical. Perhaps rummage through those old family albums (but please, please ensure you have permission to release them!), or try your hand at capturing that vintage texture. Think “quirky”!
Don't forget to include a short title, and if there's a story behind your work we'd love to hear it.
